Also known as the Sabi Star, the showy Impala Lily (Adenium multiflorum) flowers in July, mainly in the warm Eastern parts of Southern Africa. A magnificent sight in full bloom on bare, mini baobab-type branches, the sap from this beautiful plant was used by Bushmen to poison the tips of the arrows for hunting fish and small prey.
